Medical and Ostomy Supplies Payment Processing Update
The customer care team at Inner Good is pleased to announce that we are now able to process orders for new and current customers who have provincial coverage for their ostomy or medical supplies with BC Pharmacare without taking full payment by credit card.
It’s easy. Customers who have full or partial coverage have the option of calling or emailing us directly to place their order. If we don’t have your BC Pharmacare coverage details on file yet, you will need to send us a valid Pharmacare number and a picture of your BC ID details for verification.
Customers still have the option of paying for their orders in full through our website by credit card and can add their coverage details in the Notes section on the Checkout page. A customer care team representative will contact you for any remaining details and will issue you a refund according to your coverage.
Customers with 3rd party coverage through groups like Blue Cross, Sun Life, and Green Shield will still need to pay in full and mail in their receipts for reimbursement. However, we will now be able to provide formal pharmacy receipts same day during regular business hours. We want to take this moment to thank our customers for their patience and for supporting us over the past several years.
