These Chewy bites are available in 3 flavours: Tropical Orange, Chocolate and Caramel. 90 chews per container, amounting to 1-1/2 months’ supply. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient Vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis and may help prevent bone loss.

The product is a chewable soft-chew format (i.e., you chew them, rather than swallow a big tablet)
Each soft chew provides 500 mg of calcium (from calcium citrate) and 500 IU (12.5 µg) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
15 calories per chew, about 4 g carbohydrates, 2 g sugar alcohol. Sodium only 5 mg
