Why a Webinar on Stress Management?

Stress is an issue we all deal with, yet some of us have a harder time managing stress than others. For instance, have you ever felt stressed out but you can’t quite figure out why? Or have you ever found yourself in a situation where the smallest problem has stressed you out just as much as a big problem? You are not alone. Stress, especially chronic stress, can negatively impact our performance at work, relationships, and health and wellness in significant ways. It’s a tough area of life to hack because stressors can be multifaceted and difficult to pinpoint. So how do we get stress under control?
