What is Metagenics Estrovera For? What Women Need to Know

Estrovera contains clinically-studied ERr 731® to help relieve hot flashes associated with menopause. Caution: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

The largest survey ever conducted in Canada on the impact of menopause has answered something that those who experience it already know – it can have a serious impact on quality of life. Janet Dollin, President-Elect of the Federation of Medical Women of Canada (FMWC) states:

“The survey reinforces that menopause can have a serious impact on quality of life and what’s most concerning is women appear to be largely unprepared for it […] We have a real opportunity to help women prepare by recognizing and managing symptoms so that menopause can become a more positive and empowering experience.”

The symptoms are numerous and vary greatly between women. They range from hot flashes, sleep disturbances, and mood swings to irritability, anxiety, and sexual dysfunction. The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) reports that in some severe cases, menopause is accompanied by depression.

It’s the lack of preparation Janet Dollin references that we want to draw your attention to today. If women had greater insight into how nutrition and supplementation play a role then they could look forward to this life chapter with more optimism.

“Women of this generation are in the peak of their personal and professional lives and are used to taking charge. We must ensure they are prepared for menopause in the same way they have been for other significant life stages” (Janet Dollin, FMWC)

Recognizing this, Metagenics has released one of the most effective menopause symptom management supplements available on the Canadian market – Estrovera.

Why Women Throughout Canada Are Turning to Metagenics Estrovera to Better Manage Symptoms of Menopause

What is Metagenics Estrovera For? What You Need to KnowAll-In-One Relief for All Symptoms

The problem with most menopausal relief supplements is that you need to take more than one to address the numerous and often evolving symptoms. You have enough on your plate, adding additional pills and powders is simply not an option. If there was one natural health supplement available to account for all of the common symptoms, would you not want to at least try? Most certainly. Well, you’ll be pleased to know that Estrovera provides relief for multiple menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, sleep disruption, moodiness, irritability, anxiety, and impaired sexual desire that often accompanies peri-menopausal loss of estrogen and testosterone.

How does it accomplish all of this? With a formula made from an ingredient Mother Nature herself may very well have created for her finest specimen. Keep reading.

The Ingredient You Need, Minus the One You Don’t

There is one plant-derived ingredient that with the support of numerous clinical studies has been used safely and effectively for over two decades in the treatment of peri-menopausal symptoms. Its not-so-catchy name is ERr731

estrovera - ingredient - Rheum rhaponticumERr 731 is a compound extracted from the roots of Rheum rhaponticum, more recognizably known as false rhubarb. The Journal of the North American Menopause Society has concluded that the compound is an effective supplement for alleviating menopause-related anxiety and hot flashes in addition to improving the health state and general well-being of women during this life transition.

Estrovera contains 4 mg of ERr 731, and this is the only medicinal ingredient in the formula. There are other helpful non-medicinal ingredients such as fatty acids, including medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) which play an important role in the production and balance of hormones.

Importantly, Metagenics Estrovera leaves out one natural ingredient that is found in some menopause management supplements – soy. While soy has estrogenic and anti-estrogenic effects on the body, far too many studies present conflicting conclusions about it, leaving too many open-ended questions. These questions pertain not only to effectiveness (or lack thereof) but also safety. When choosing a preferred health supplement for this important need, there should be no questions or concerns.

Estrovera’s application of ERr 731 is what you need to prepare for what should be an exciting new phase in life. View more about Metagenics Estrovera, available at InnerGood Canada.

Please reach out to your doctor for joint pain solutions as well as possible hormone replacement therapy. Each person’s case individual so therefore recommendations can vary.

  2. Does Estrovera make you sleepy? I take Progesterone 200 mg at night. Should I take the Estrovera at night as well or during the daytime?

    1. Hi Tonya,
It is always best to speak with your Doctor when taking multiple medications. Estrovera is not a sleep aid but again, when combined with others, things can change.
