Your vibe will arrive in travel mode to ensure it won’t turn on during transit. This will prevent the vibe from turning on or charging.  To turn off travel mode, hold down the power button for three seconds until you feel two quick pulses then travel mode will be deactivated. To turn on travel mode, hold the power button down again until you feel those same two quick pulses then travel mode will be activated.

Your vibe should ship with a partial charge though it may have been depleted over time. Before first use, charge your vibe for a full two hours.

The Maude vibe is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The expected lifespan of the vibe is dependent on frequency of use. The vibe has a manufacturer one year limited warranty.
