• Multi Tablet: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, medium-chain triglycerides, and sodium copper chlorophyllin).
• Mineral Tablet: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose: Adult females take 1 packet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Each packet contains 2 (green) Multi tablets and 4 (white) Mineral tablets. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Recommended Use: Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. Helps pregnant women meet the recommended intake for iron.
