Recommended Use: Hops is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve nervousness (sedative and/or calmative).

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 softgel 2 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Consumption of hops with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
