Black Cohosh is used in herbal medicine to help ease nervous tension and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve muscle and joint pain associated with rheumatic conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and/or fibrositis), and pain associated with neuralgia (such as sciatica).

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Caution: Do not use if pregnant. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are breastfeeding, have a liver disorder, develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
