Metagenics Benesom™

Used as sleep aid.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1-2 tablets at or before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Recommended Use: Used as a sleep aid and to help relieve nervousness. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase disorder.

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking any medications or are being treated for any diseases or health conditions. If symptoms persist or worsen consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. Consumption with alcohol or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Rare allergic reactions and mild gastrointestinal symptoms have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Do not use if perma seal is missing.

This product is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian.
