A reusable, stretchable bandage that provides support and mild compression without requiring pins or tape.

What is it used for?

Tubigrip provides firm, even support and is commonly used for:

• Sprains and strains
• Soft-tissue injuries
• Swelling/edema
• Supporting weak joints
• Pressure dressings
• Supporting limbs after certain injuries or procedures
• Post-burn scarring and ribcage injuries in appropriate applications

The elastic fabric conforms to the body’s contours and distributes pressure across the area rather than concentrating pressure in one spot.

Size E is intended for relatively large areas such as:

• Large ankles
• Medium knees
• Small thighs

How it is applied

Tubigrip is generally cut to the required length, pulled over the limb like a stocking, and doubled back over itself to provide the intended support/compression. Mölnlycke specifically recommends using it as a double layer for the sizing/pressure guide.

Important: It contains natural rubber latex, so it should not be used by someone with a known latex allergy.
