A reusable male urinary incontinence collection system designed for men who experience bladder leakage.

It collects urine externally and directs it into a collection bag, helping keep the user drier and reducing the need for disposable absorbent briefs.

The penile receptacle fits externally over the penis and collects urine. It connects through tubing to the 500 mL collection bag, which is held within the AFEX boxer brief. The brief provides support and helps keep the system discreet and in place during daily activities.

The receptacle and other components are designed to be cleaned and reused, making AFEX different from a conventional disposable male external catheter system.
