Directions: Adults 14+ years: 3 capsules 4 times per day. Adolescents 10-14 years: 2 capsules 3 times per day. Children 5-9 years: 1 capsule 3 times per day. Children 2-4 years: 1 capsule 2 times per day. For children less than six years of age, open capsule into food or drink prior to consumption. Do not allow child to swallow capsule whole.
